How do I book or change an appointment?

Do I wash my hair before my appointment ?

It is recommended to wash your hair before your appointment if it is excessively oily. This will help your color last longer and improve the appearance of your extensions.
Can i cancel or change my appointment ?

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges.
Who can come with me to my appointment ?

When it comes to children and guests we ask that only those receiving services be in the salon due to limited space, dangerous tools, and other stylist and client comfort.
Will I get my hair washed and styled if i'm getting an extension move up/reinstall?

No. I don't wash or style your hair when you are getting an extension move up. Please come with clean dried hair.
How long do extensions take to instal or move up?
​
For a new install I will take one hour and 15 min per row. If we are doing a move up/ reinstall I take one hour per row.
What if I'm running late?
​
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
What products do you recommend?

I love all of the Goldielocks products. I sell them at the salon.
